Lead Generation Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven lead generation specialist to join our dynamic team. At Abs Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective cold calling and relationship-building activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct cold calls to potential clients, introducing Abs Solutions and its products/services.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication and follow-up strategies.

· Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing new business opportunities.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

· Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to enhance product knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proven experience in a cold calling sales role.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and closing skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Salary:

PKR 25k (fixed)+ commission

Commission:

Working Hours:

The working hours for this position are from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM(PKT).
