Digital Construction Senior Manager

We are seeking a talented and highly experienced Digital Construction Senior Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of our construction projects, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of digital strategies within the construction division, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), virtual design and construction (VDC), Internet of Things (IoT), and other emerging technologies.
2. Collaborate with project teams to integrate digital tools and workflows into the construction process, from design and planning to execution and closeout.
3. Drive the adoption and utilization of digital construction technologies among project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
4. Develop and implement training programs to ensure that team members are proficient in using digital tools and platforms effectively.
5. Oversee the creation of digital models, simulations, and visualizations to enhance communication, coordination, and decision-making on construction projects.
6. Manage and analyze data generated from digital tools to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for optimization.
7. Collaborate with IT and technology partners to select, implement, and integrate digital construction software and hardware solutions.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to digital construction technologies.
