Job Summary:
We are looking for a IT Sales Account Manager for one of our clients, The role entails managing and developing the sales pipeline, assessing sales opportunities, and driving multiple transactions through the sales pipeline. The individual will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing warm leads, acquiring and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets
Job Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated set of customers
-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
-Understand customer needs and requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
-Manage and deliver customer projects on time and within budget.
-Proactively identify and resolve customer issues.
-Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
-Generate new business opportunities with existing customers.
-Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and requirements.
-Stay up to date on industry trends.
-Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Negotiate and close Deals.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree
-2-5 years of experience in IT account management
-Strong customer service skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
