POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES
Scope the normal/major maintenance work orders to identify the parts, tools, skills, time and cost to complete maintenance activities. Review of drawings, specifications, etc., to determine scope of work, required content of estimate, and prepare time and cost estimates, planning preparing bids, and determining whether the work is classified as capital or non-capital. Prepare detailed lists of planned work and discuss with Maintenance Leads and the Maintenance Scheduler. Review the master schedule and backlog with Production, Maintenance Leads and the Maintenance scheduler to ensure that all scheduled work is planned and materials & equipment are available for work execution. Recommend work force needs for planned activities. Track costs and coordinates utilization of equipment & materials. Work with the Maintenance Scheduler and Maintenance Leads to ensure that 100% of maintenance resources are utilized to achieve the highest degree of equipment effectiveness safely & at the lowest sustainable cost of maintenance. Responsible for the coordination of all Contractor work activities throughout the area of responsibilities. This includes:

5. Develop standard job plans for non-routine maintenance work, which includes equipment, material, labor, special safety/environmental concerns, special tools, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Science or Engineering graduate (B. Engg, B.Tech, B.S.,) with 8+ years of relevant experience in chemical / refinery / gas plant maintenance / inspection / engineering. Additional experience in maintenance, maintenance supervision, mechanical integrity and work process management a strong plus. Proficiency in SAP a must. Proficiency in English speaking and writing. Good interpersonal and coordinating skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels within the organization
