2. Product Launch and Lifecycle Management:

Collaborate with product development teams to ensure successful launch of new beauty products.

Monitor and manage the lifecycle of existing products, proposing strategies for revitalization or discontinuation as necessary.

3. Market Research and Consumer Insights:

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

Utilize consumer insights to inform product development, marketing campaigns, and overall brand positioning.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of brand

initiatives. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and consistent brand messaging across various channels.

5. Digital and Social Media Marketing:

Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, influencer

partnerships, and online promotions.

Monitor and analyze digital and social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

6. Budget Management:

Support the Brand Manager in managing the budget for marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

7. Brand Performance Analysis:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand initiatives.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to assess brand performance.
