Interior & Exterior Design company is seeking for the Designer and Clients Coordinator, native Arabic speaker with excellent communication and sales skills.
During your employment, you will be responsible to
- Handle clients communication, design brief meetings, discuss and negotiate the agreements, handle the project related tasks,
- Provide support in planning appointments, client meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend client meetings and keep minutes, brief your colleagues on the meeting outcome.
- Handle client phone calls and messages on WhatsApp or other social media.
- Handle confidential documents and information ensuring they remain secure and safe.
- Prepare quotations for the clients and be able to explain them to clarify to clients.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
You will need to be proficient in the following skills:
- Proposing new and Creative Design Ideas
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication, sales and negotiation abilities
- Motivation to Succeed in Sales targets and gain bonuses in addition to salary
