Description
Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and handling expense reimbursements.Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives, ensuring seamless travel experiences.Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening and directing inquiries appropriately.Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, and ensure meeting rooms are set up with necessary equipment.Document Management: Maintain organised filing systems for documents, contracts, and client records, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.Event Planning: Assist in organising company events, conferences, and workshops, handling logistics and coordination as needed.


Profile
UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a consultancy or professional services environment.Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and anticipate needs.
