We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets, and operations . General Manager’s responsibilities include formulating an overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, capable of delegating tasks and collaborating seamlessly across different departments. Ultimately, the General Manager should be driven by a desire to lead our business in order to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Overseeing daily business operations.
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Training low-level managers and staff.
Creating and managing budgets.
Improving revenue for the company.
Providing solutions for employees’ hiring.
Evaluating performance and productivity.
Analyzing accounting and financial data.
Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Generating reports and giving presentations.
Degree in Business Management or Masters in Business Administration.
Proven success in a managerial role.
Strong decision-making ability.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans.
Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable.
Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
