Job Description

المسؤوليات:

  1. تنسيق وإدارة جميع الأنشطة الأمنية والحراسية للموقع.
  2. تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الأمن وسياساتها لضمان سلامة الممتلكات والموظفين.
  3. توجيه وتدريب فريق الأمن وتوفير الدعم والموارد اللازمة لتحقيق أهداف الأمن.
  4. مراقبة الأنظمة الأمنية وتقديم التقارير الدورية حول أي نقاط ضعف أو مخاطر محتملة.
  5. التعامل مع حالات الطوارئ وضمان استجابة سريعة وفعالة لأية حالات طارئة.


Skills

المهارات المطلوبة:

  1. خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الأمن وإدارة الحراسات.
  2. مهارات قيادية ممتازة وقدرة على تحفيز وتوجيه الفريق.
  3. قدرة على اتخاذ القرارات السريعة والفعالة في حالات الطوارئ.
  4. معرفة عميقة بأحدث التقنيات الأمنية وأنظمة المراقبة.
  5. مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
