· Develop visual presentations of client requirements
· Incorporates materials and products specified in the plan
· Attends client meetings with consultants to understand specific requirements of clients
· Generates BOQs from design templates
· Request suppliers for mock-up products to examine quality and specification requirements
· Assist consultants in specifying materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, flooring, sanitary fixtures, etc.
Coordinates with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain / update supplier materials and price lists on AE design software .
· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a relevant degree.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role .
