Job Description
We are looking for a Welfare Executive to join our HR team. The Welfare Executive will be responsible for managing employee welfare programs and initiatives to ensure a positive and engaging work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for employee well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee welfare programs and initiatives, such as wellness programs, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs.
- Plan and organize events and activities, including team-building exercises, celebrations, and social gatherings.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to deliver employee welfare services, such as health and wellness programs, counseling services, and recreational activities.
- Create and manage budgets for employee welfare programs and initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of employee welfare programs and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on welfare-related matters, including benefits, policies, and resources.
- Collaborate with other HR functions, such as recruitment and training, to integrate employee welfare initiatives into the overall HR strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee welfare.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to employee welfare.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee welfare.
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly empathetic and able to understand and address employees' needs and concerns.
- Experience in planning and organizing events and activities.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
