Assisting the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities and lessons.
Supporting the lead teacher in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Helping students with tasks such as classroom assignments, projects, and homework.
Providing one-on-one or small group instruction to students who need extra support.
Monitoring student behavior and assisting with classroom management.
Supervising students during transitions, recess, lunch, and other activities.
Assisting with the setup and cleanup of classroom materials and resources.
Collaborating with the lead teacher to assess student progress and development.
Communicating regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
Following all school policies, procedures, and regulations.
Maintaining confidentiality of student information and records.
Contributing ideas and suggestions for improving teaching methods and classroom activities.
Providing emotional support and encouragement to students as needed.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, attendance, and preparing instructional materials.

Bachelor's degree in education, early childhood education, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting is desirable.
Passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and understanding of children's needs and development.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the classroom.
Basic understanding of educational principles and teaching methods.
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing professional development.
CPR and first aid certification may be required, depending on the setting.
Any additional certifications or training related to early childhood education are a plus.
