Junior Legal Assistant

Assisting compliance officer related to internal and client’s compliance requirements, GoAML, ESR, Corporate Tax, regulatory compliance matters on Mainland, Free zone, and Offshore companies.

Assisting the clients for Trademark, copy right, IP and such other matters related to the protection of their intellectual property rights.

➢

Assisting in preparing compliance report, risk assessment, responses to offsite inspections, updating compliance procedures & manuals, reporting, finding out typologies, review of client’s compliance requirements etc.

➢

Assisting in drafting legal opinions relevant to local UAE laws and conducting research activities to source, verify, review, and develop the contents.

➢

Assisting the prospects/clients and internal team for new incorporation, renewal, amendments, liquidation, merger and acquisition and transfer/re-domiciliation of companies in UAE.

➢

Liaising with Free Zone authorities, Government and Quasi Government bodies including DED, FTA, Customs, RERA, Dubai court, Labour department, Immigration department, UAE Lawyer offices etc. related to any matters concerning corporate services.

➢

Assisting in preparing and executing ‘’Will’’ and ‘’POA’’ for the clients. (Dubai court, DIFC and RAK wills)

➢

Liaising with various Embassies and consulate for attestation of documents, certifying boar resolution and authorizations, documents etc.

➢

All matters related to Dubai and Abu Dhabi Immigration including visa, entry permit, Immigration report etc.

➢

Assisting in preparing business plan, special board resolutions, authorization and indemnity letters, engagement agreement, service, and referral agreements etc.

➢

Involving in research activities related to the matters falling under corporate and legal service activity.

➢

Assisting for risk assessment, risk rating, periodical compliance reviews, preparing STR, reporting to the senior management etc.

➢

Assisting in updating CDD and EDD documents and to initiate appropriate measures to mitigate the risks.
