Job Description



As a Strategy Lead for the client, you will spearhead the strategic and operational planning processes. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a unified strategic vision across the entity, ensuring best practices are adopted in annual and strategic planning processes

Description
Oversee the strategic planning process, including leading the development and implementation of the strategic planning frameworks, templates and processes Foster communication and promote collaboration amongst senior leaders to achieve a shared understanding that will help formulate effective strategies Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms (e.g., balanced scorecard) to track progress towards strategic objectives including potential mitigation actions for proactive risk management purposes Lead training sessions to equip employees with strategic planning skills and empower them to cascade corporate strategies into departmental plans within their areas Work with external parties/vendors to ensure they are delivering on contractual obligations during engagements


Profile
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics or a relevant fieldMinimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, or a similar within an international consulting firm Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic language proficiency is a plus Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail Self-motivated with a proven ability to deliver results independently within agreed time frames
