Data Manage

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Data Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire data management process within our organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of our data, while also maximizing its value and usability for analysis and decision-making purposes.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement data management strategies and policies to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Design and maintain databases, data models, and data dictionaries to facilitate efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements, and establish data collection and reporting processes.
4. Monitor and analyze data quality metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
5. Manage data integration, transformation, and migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
6. Develop and enforce data security protocols and procedures to safeguard sensitive information.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management technologies and best practices.
8. Provide training and support to end-users on data management tools and processes.
9. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and ensure system performance and availability.
10. Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights and trends to stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Data Manager or in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of data management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
4. Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and SQL.
5. Experience with data integration and ETL tools.
6. Understanding of data governance and regulatory compliance requirements.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
8. Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
