Your expertise in local laws, regulations, and connections with Saudi local governments, universities, and schools will be critical to our success.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company’s mission and vision.

* Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies in the e-learning industry.

* Foster innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of the platform.


Stakeholder Engagement:

* Cultivate strong relationships with local government bodies, universities, schools, and other educational institutions.

* Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote our platform, secure partnerships, and advocate for educational advancements.

* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.


Operations and Team Management:

* Oversee day-to-day operations, including content development, technology infrastructure, marketing, and customer support.

* Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

* Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.


Legal and Regulatory Compliance:

* Stay informed about local laws, regulations, and policies related to e-learning and educational technology.

* Ensure compliance with data privacy, intellectual property, and licensing requirements.

* Mitigate legal risks and address any legal challenges proactively.


Financial Management:

* Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation.

* Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, partnerships, and subscription models.

* Optimize cost structures while maintaining quality standards.


Marketing and Branding:

* Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

* Enhance brand visibility and reputation within the education community.

* Monitor user feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
