My client, a public sector organization is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of Data Management to join their team.
Description
Develop and implement data management strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data architecture, databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.Ensure the integrity, security, and privacy of data through the implementation of data governance frameworks, access controls, and data quality standards.Lead a team of data management professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of data management initiatives.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in data management (5 years).Strong knowledge of data management principles, practices, and technologies, including data modeling, database design, data integration, and data governance.Experience with data management tools and platforms such as [list specific tools/platforms].Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
