Hotel operations manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of running a hotel. To ensure that guests have a positive experience while staying at the property.
This role is responsible for overseeing accommodation, food and beverage, reception, conference, banqueting and other area of hotel. This includes ensuring that these locations are clean and well-stocked, as well as making sure that staff are properly trained on safety procedures and customer service best practices

Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree/High school diploma in hospitality
· Minimum 5 years plus experience at 4/5star hotel/resort.
· Must have past hotel management operation/sales experience working in the hospitality industry
· Good organization and time management skills
