4. Loading and Unloading: Oversee loading and unloading operations using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts, to ensure safety and efficiency.
5. Report Preparation: Prepare regular reports on inventory status and warehouse operations for management review.
6. Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities, and uphold cleanliness standards to create a safe and orderly work environment.
7. Compliance with Policies and Procedures: Adhere to safety protocols, security measures, and regulatory requirements to uphold the integrity of warehouse operations.
8. Communication with Other Departments: Collaborate with departments like shipping and marketing to coordinate activities and achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
: • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and equipment (e.g., forklifts).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
