As Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for the verification of counterparties with whom the Company will deal in the future for any irregularity, including the review of Know Your Counterparty (KYC) documents and approval of counterparties in the system. The role also involves reviewing payments for third party and anti-fraud risk, as well as daily and monthly monitoring tasks.

Description
KYC approval of counterparties: To review and resolve KYC requests, including screening for any compliance risk.Online screening monitoring: Resolve names identifying positive, possible or false hits and determine its risk.Review third party payment relationships to ensure no money laundering risk and administer anti-fraud payment controls.Participate in regular monitoring and in diverse department projects, with the relevant compliance manager oversight.Stakeholders' management not limiting to providing clear and concise feedback and keeping them informed.Prioritize and identify key goals, while ensuring that all the key/ critical tasks are completed within the deadline.
Profile
University degree with 2 to 5 years of relevant experienceAdvanced level of English (Spanish is a plus)Good understanding of Microsoft Office ProgramsKYC knowledge
Self-motivated with the ability to think through problems, learn about the business, use own judgement and be assertiveStrong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast paced environmentTeam player with good communication skills - verbal and writtenFast learner, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast paced environment
