Description
Lead a team to maximize income, occupancy, and retention rates across a multi-sector portfolio.Implement best practices and maintain integrity within the leasing department.Drive leasing revenue and premises occupancy.Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders.Innovate to achieve above-market performance.Oversee client applications, payments, and tenancy documentation.Stay updated on market trends and leasing strategies.Supervise external leasing agents and set performance targets.Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Review asset-level Leasing Plans and provide input for timely implementation.Support asset management in defining 5-year plans and executing leasing strategies.Provide input/direction to Legal and lease admin teams for agreements and contract negotiations.Develop and review annual leasing budgets and performance reviews.Escalate major issues to management and provide advice/input on new developments.Ensure timely implementation of department policies, procedures, and controls.Lead, manage, guide, and mentor the leasing team, supporting professional development.Support company culture of ethical conduct and compliance with information security and data protection policies.Ensure compliance with corporate governance, internal controls, and alignment with company values.Meet HSSE responsibilities as per company policies.


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.Proven experience in leasing management, preferably within a multi-sector portfolio.Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.Excellent understanding of leasing principles, best practices, and market trends.Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and occupancy through strategic leasing initiatives.Experience collaborating with internal departments, external stakeholders, and leasing agents.Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and review leasing budgets and performance metrics.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Ability to stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.Familiarity with corporate governance, internal controls, and ethical conduct.Commitment to health, safety, security, and environmental standards.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and leasing management software.
