Job Description: Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits trends
- Evaluate and improve existing benefits packages
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits
- Provide advice and guidance to management and employees on compensation and benefits matters
- Administer employee benefits programs
- in your capacity as a Rewards and Benefits Specialist.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Experience:
- 3-8 years of experience in compensation and benefits
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Certification in Compensation and Benefits (e.g. CCP, CBP) is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: BHD 1500 - BHD 1800 per year
- Full-time position in Manama, Bahrain
