Job Description

Application Consultant opening for both our Kuwait and UAE offices.


  • Analyse customer requirements and prepare blueprints. 
  • Provide timely, high quality and cost efficient consultancy and training services on ERP projects
  • Undertake business process reviews and make recommendations to customers
  • To resolve customer issues on time
  • Liaise with Project Managers/Development team lead on the specific requirements of the customer and to provide feedback on the outcomes of the consultancy/training
  • Document and communicate issues, risks, and changes.
  • Coordinate application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades to existing customers
  • Backup role for Application Support Desk and escalated support issues
  • Assist with creating and maintenance of internal and external product training curriculums and documentation.


Skills

  • University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in project delivery and implementation, preferably ERP solutions
  • Well experienced in working on design, configuration, training and support of ERP Projects
  • Knowledge of standard business processes. 
  • Knowledge of F&B industry will an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in BI tools preferably Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment running multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Must have exposure to a proven implantation methodology
