Job Summary:
The position is for Executive - Non Motor Claims needs to be a seasoned General Insurance Professional ,having exposure to fire., Marine and Miscellaneous Department claims handling work with knowledge for processing and settlement of claims and additional knowledge in the Policy underwriting in the respective department is appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review and analyze non motor insurance claims to determine coverage and eligibility.
· Coordinate with insurance companies to process claims and obtain necessary documentation.
· Investigate and gather evidence related to the claim, including interviewing witnesses and obtaining police reports.
· Evaluate the extent of damage or loss and determine the appropriate settlement amount.
· Prepare and submit claim reports to insurance companies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
· Communicate with clients to provide updates on the status of their claims and address any concerns or questions.
· Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
· Candidate should be willing to attend survey of Fire/Marine/Miscellaneous Department claims as well as attend pre-acceptance risk inspection of new/renewal of Fire risks.
Candidate Profile:
· Requirement open for all nationals
· Should have at least 5 years' experience the General Insurance Industry in the required field.
· Required Bachelors / Master's degree in related field
· Knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations
· Proven ability to meet deadlines/ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
