Job Description

  • Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
  • Responsible for payroll and benefits administration
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
  • Oversee Administrative tasks as and when required.
  • Oversee Time & attendance, keep track of leave records, advance requests, salary deductions.


Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 4+ years' of experience working in Human Resources & Administration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of finance and accounts will be an added advantage.

Desired Skills

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in administrative management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant HR software.
