Job Description

  • Maintain all master agreements templates and update as needed to ensure robustness .
  • Draft appropriate contracts and amendments for new and existing clients utilizing standard templates .
  • Track, maintain, and report status of contracts including renewals and those in negotiation .
  • Scrutinize, critically review, and interpret contract provisions and terms ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Review potential/ suggested contract changes with Contracts Manager and effectively communicate them to legal, finance, and other impacted managers on a timely basis.
  • Recognize unique contract requirements, characteristics, and issues as they arise and proactively keep head of Contract Administration and appropriate managers/ team informed.
  • Evaluate claims received from contractors or consultants in a timely manner so as to mitigate claims and disputes .
  • Follow contract administration practices and office procedures and formulate appropriate improvements .

Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Master's degree holder preferable .


Experience

10 years relevant experience, 5 years of which in a position involving management and supervision
