The Datacentre Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the datacentre's operations, ensuring its efficient functioning, security, and maintenance. This role involves managing a team Of technicians, coordinating with vendors, and implementing best practices to optimize datacentre performance
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field (master's degree/MBA preferred).
Proven experience (X years) in leadership roles within the technology industry, with a focus on cloud computing, Saas, or related areas.
Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and growing start-up companies or business units, preferably in the technology sector.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive business results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Leadership qualities, including vision, integrity, resilience, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Experience in fundraising, venture capital, or other forms of financing for start-up companies is a plus.
