Job Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain sales market for Durkee intergrated insulation solution in the assigned territory with focused commerical and industrial HVAC/R applications
2. Present owners, mechanical engineers, and wholersales with Durkee insulation offerings and benefits. Build new customer relationship.
3. achieving maximum sales volume and profit in defined Territory in line with Durkee Strategic Plan
4. build Industry trend awareness and analysis; deep knowledge of competitors offerings and strategies
5. Work independently and closely with internal technical, marketing and inside teams to implement sales plans
6. Use CRM system to manage leads and sales process.
Requirements
- Sales working experience in commercial HVAC/R field is preferred.
- Strongly self-motivated, goal-oriented and results-driven
- Resides in the assigned states preferred.
- The ability to be traveling up to at least 70% of working days.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical field preferred.
