Sales Force and BI Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Force and BI Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience and a maximum of 6 years of experience in sales force and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales force automation, data analysis, and reporting. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting sales force automation solutions and business intelligence tools. The Sales Force and BI Specialist will work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary tools and insights to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement sales force automation solutions, including lead management, opportunity management, and forecasting.
2. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide sales teams with actionable insights and performance metrics.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for sales force automation and business intelligence tools.
4. Develop and maintain data models and data integration processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
5. Provide training and support to sales teams on the use of sales force automation and business intelligence tools.
6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.
7. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance sales force automation and business intelligence capabilities.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Strong experience with Sales Force Automation platforms, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
3. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
4. Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
8. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
10. Knowledge of the sales process and sales methodologies.
