Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Thorough and sound understanding of Heat Exchanger Sales and Servicing Requirements
  • Some Mechanical and Thermal Design background preferred.
  • Experience working in a ASME R and U Stamp certified business
  • Set and achieve sales targets, develop a comprehensive sales plan and forecasts to identify a steady stream on pipeline prospects.
  • Ensure the team delivers compelling technical presentations that drive sales
  • The Sales Manager will utilise deep technical acumen to educate the team on products, services, competitors and prospects. Manage contract negotiations and nurture key relationships with customers.
  • Very strong technical knowledge of Heat Exchangers.
  • Good knowledge and experience in the Middle East and Energy Industry in particular within ADNOC.
  • Strong knowledge of Heat Exchanger Servicing is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Fluent in English written and spoken, Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team 


Work Experience/ Education Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
  • 10+ years professional experience in Sales Management in Heat Exchangers
  • Experience in offshore / onshore project handling for 10 years in Abu Dhabi and UAE
  • Experience in Heat exchanger maintenance projects for 10 years
  • Experience in manufacturing projects
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • High-level communication skills
  • Conflict resolution
  • Experience in estimation of heat exchanger maintenance and service projects, retubing, repair, cleaning, hydro jetting, chemical circulation.
  • Additional preferred requirements to aid in site visits and technical onsite meetings:
  • Knowledge in ASME codes and standards
